Each representative of an exhibitor organization attending the event shall register here, with the option to buy a ticket for the Gala Diner planned on 20 October 2016 and/or register at a discount rate  for attending the full event. (special terms apply : only one representative of an exhibitor organization is allowed to have free access to the events.)

Each accompanying person to the main participant should  register here for securing logistics support by the Organizers. (A different e-mail from the main participant should be used). The accompanying person WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS to the conference rooms and meetings. Separate payments for the Conference social events and Venue provided services might be required depending on the activity.
